Dilan excelled in the Data & Analytics team and went over and beyond to achieve his goals and deliverables. He has excellent problem-solving skills and is great at adaptive learning.

Dilan's objective was to grow our Data Engineering capability and develop technically; however, he displayed his maturity and took on additional responsibilities of gathering requirements, solving clients' business problems, and upskilling teammates. He also proactively worked on different client systems and validated architecture designs which led to the project's success. Dilan's efforts were acknowledged and appreciated by the client.

He has a natural flair for bridging the gap between business and technology. He ran presentations for clients, conducted workshops, and managed customer expectations in his role. He is a great team member and an asset to the D&A function.
